Hyperthyroidism is a kind of disorder in the human body and is a medical condition in which the patient suffers from over secretion of the thyroid hormones T3 and T4 by the thyroidal glands. There are several causes and symptoms of hyperthyroid.

When a person suffers from Hyperthyroidism then there is an enlargement of the thyroid glands which in turn leads to over secretion of the hormones. The immune system of the humans also begins to fight with the body and the thyroid glands. The major cause of this disease is the Grave's disease. The over secretion of the hormones is an abnormal activity and can be very dangerous. Some of the symptoms of hyperthyroid are rise in temperature of the body, sudden loss and gain in weight, fatigue and the patient begins to eat more all of a sudden. The person suffering from Hyperthyroidism can be ills for a couple of weeks if not treated on time. Hyperthyroidism can be caused by a bacteria or a virus which may affect the thyroid glands.

There are many other symptoms of hyperthyroid which are experienced in humans. Some of the commonly experienced symptoms are nervousness, insomnia, hair loss, increased bowel movements, trembling hands, heart intolerance, weaknesses in muscles and palpilations. The patients also tend to eat more during Hyperthyroidism. If the symptoms of this disease are visible then one must consult a doctor immediately. It is advisable to consult a doctor as soon as possible so that it does not lead to any severe problems or circumstances. It can also be easily cured with the right medication and care. To recover from Hyperthyroidism it requires just a few days. One also needs to control his or her diet while suffering from Hyperthyroidism.
